Our Contract with You

By using our website, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and any other policy that applies to the use of our website. When you place an order, you are offering to buy the product(s) from us and we will send you an order acknowledgement. However, your order will only be accepted by us once your product(s) have been delivered to you. Until then, we can decline to supply the goods – we will use our best efforts to ensure that this never happens, but we do, however, reserve the right to not fulfil your order for any reason whatsoever. Examples of when we may be unable to fulfill your order are when we have made a pricing error or we simply can't locate the model you need. In the event we are unable to fulfill your order, we will refund you any price you’ve already paid to us. We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason whatsoever and we won’t be liable to you or anyone else in these circumstances. Please note, our suppliers may have limitations on product orders that prevent orders of more than a certain number of products and you hereby agree that such restrictions apply to your order(s).

Availability

Product availability is displayed for each item on our website as well as estimated delivery times for those products. Estimated delivery times are displayed prior to checkout, and postcode restrictions may apply. For the most accurate delivery date to your preferred shipping destination, you can enter your postcode at checkout.
We work diligently to ensure that our website shows an accurate inventory count of all products we supply. However, due to the large volume of products we deliver each week, it is possible that our inventory is incorrectly displayed on our website. If you order a product that is no longer in stock, we will contact you as soon as we are aware and work with you to find a replacement product.

Website Information

It is our goal to specify accurate dimensions for every product listed on www.geoffsclub.com. However, please be aware that the product dimensions do not include any protruding features such as controls, handles and the like and product dimensions represent the casing of the product only. While our goal is to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights and measurements quoted on the website are approximate only. Similarly, we've made every effort to display all product colors accurately. However we can't guarantee that the image displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the true color of the product delivered to you. Please also be aware that colors may differ between manufacturers. While every effort has been made to ensure that product specifications are correct on the website, due to continual product development through research & design, specifications may change without notice.

Customer Reviews

You may post reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other content; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights (including publicity rights), or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam" or unsolicited commercial electronic messages. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of other content. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, however, we do not regularly review posted content.
If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant us and our sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify us for all claims resulting from content you supply. We have the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. We take no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party and you agree to indemnify us in the event of a third party claim related to content you post.
Any customer reviews of the products we sell are the opinions of our customers and do not form part of the specification or description of the product. We shall not be liable if any of the information contained in a customer review proves inaccurate.
You acknowledge and agree that the copyright in the photos, videos, data and text used on our website belongs to us or our suppliers and the general look and feel and format of our website belongs to us. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorized by us or our suppliers. We are entitled to change or amend our website without giving you notice (but the terms and conditions applicable when you placed your order will continue to apply to those products).

Prices

All prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. You are responsible for all customs, levies and taxes associated with your purchase.
From time to time we may offer products at sale or promotional prices. Any such offers will apply to selected products and be subject to availability. Delivery charges, conditions and geographical exclusions may apply. Please refer to individual product pages for pricing. We may also offer delivery and services (including installation) at a reduced rate as part of a promotion. This is subject to availability and can be withdrawn at our discretion. For example, a promotion offering Free Next Day delivery is only valid while we have the capacity to offer Next Day Delivery. This is also subject to the order being placed before a certain cutoff time. Some of our products are not held in stock in our warehouse, and are held by our partners or ordered from manufacturers. These products may not be eligible for any delivery promotions. You’ll be able to see the next available delivery date on each product page on our website.

With respect to items sold on our website, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by us is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We generally do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process; however, a temporary authorization transaction may appear on your credit card statement to ensure that your credit card is active and has a sufficient available balance to accommodate the transaction.

Payment

We accept most major credit/debit cards. This includes MasterCard, American Express or Visa card and we do all we can to ensure your details are secure. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay on all online orders at no extra cost. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we will contact you for an alternate method.

Discount Codes

We may offer discount codes on selected products. Discount codes will be available for a limited time with eligible dates clearly visible and are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time. Discount codes can't be used in conjunction with our Price Match Promise. Discount codes can only be redeemed on www.geoffsclub.com and you can only use one discount code per order. If you’re returning part of an order that’s had a discount code applied, your refund will be for the full amount minus the discount applied.

Unique Discount Codes

Unique discount codes are different from our normal discount codes but the rules and restrictions mentioned in the section entitled “Discount Codes” still apply. The unique discount code that has been generated especially for you can only be used once, is non-transferrable and has no cash value. When you’re ready to redeem your offer, simply copy and paste it into the discount code box. You’ll find this on the basket page when placing your order. This code can only be redeemed online, and isn’t valid for orders placed over the phone.

Delivery

Your delivery will normally be made through a third party shipping company such as Hipshipper. Please note that deliveries coming from different warehouses may not be delivered together.
The products we deliver are often big, bulky and difficult to lift, so there will be certain occasions when we are unable to deliver to your mailing address. Various conditions that may hinder our ability to delivery your products include, but are not limited to, the following: numerous steps, narrow corridors, radiators and restricted parking; it is your responsibility to ensure access to your delivery location. In situations where we cannot gain access, we may be able to offer delivery to the nearest point possible i.e. your garage, so you can make arrangements to take possession of the product. If we believe successful re-delivery is viable when you have taken the necessary measures, we will attempt another delivery, however, we reserve the right to not re-attempt delivery; in this case we will give you a full refund.

Delivery Limitations

Occasionally an event will occur that is out of our control that affects our ability to safely deliver our products to you in a timely manner. Adverse weather conditions and other events can cause road closures that delay our delivery time. In any such event, if a road closure if foreseen and will cause problems with delivery, we will remove those dates from the checkout calendar. If an unforeseen event causes problems with your selected delivery date, we'll contact you as soon as possible to arrange alternative delivery options. The risk of loss and title for items that you order pass upon our delivery to the carrier.

Track Your Order

Track Your Order allows you to view a live estimated delivery window, an interactive map of where we are in the delivery process and how many deliveries we’re making before we get to you. You can use Track Your Order to change your delivery date and request another invoice should you need it.
For certain smaller items you may be able to ask for your order to be left in a safe place or with a neighbor if you’re not going to be home. You can also send us additional instructions if you need to. Please note that we do not take any responsibility for any lost or stolen goods or for failure to follow your specific delivery instructions.

Pre-Ordering a Product

Pre-order terms apply alongside and in addition to our terms and conditions of sale. A pre-order product is a product that has not yet been released. By pre-ordering, you are paying for and reserving yourself a product for launch day and payment for your pre-order is taken when you place the pre-order. When possible, a pre-released order will be shipped to you so that you may receive it on the release date. When you get to the checkout, you will be able to select a delivery date of your choosing, starting from the day of release. Release dates are set by the manufacturers and are subject to change. We are not liable for any changes to a pre-release date that has been advertised by us. Normal refund rules apply to pre-order products and pre-order products are subject to availability.

Cancellation

If you're not happy with your product or you’ve simply changed your mind, you will need to notify us in writing and return such product within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund. All unused products must be returned to us in the original packaging in order to receive a full refund. Your refund will be made within 14 days of collection of the product.
